Welcome to Luxury Time Namibia. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Luxury Time Namibia website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. About Our Service

Luxury Time Namibia is a curated marketplace for authenticated luxury timepieces. We:

• present watches we hold in our own inventory, and watches consigned to us by private sellers;
• connect prospective buyers with the seller — or with us, where we own the piece — through an enquiry process;
• act, for consigned watches, as the seller's selling agent; or, where we have purchased a piece outright, as the owner of that piece.

We do not operate a customer-account system, an online shopping cart, or on-site payment processing. Browsing the site does not require an account. All purchase discussions, pricing, payment, and delivery arrangements are concluded directly between the parties, off-platform, after an enquiry is made.

3. Eligibility

To transact with us you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. Enquiries Are Not Binding Offers

Submitting an enquiry about a watch through the website is an expression of interest. It is not a binding offer to purchase, does not reserve the watch, and does not create a contract of sale. Listings and prices shown on the site are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. A sale is formed only when the parties agree terms directly and in writing.

5. Selling a Watch Through Us

If you submit a watch for sale through our "Sell Your Watch" form:

• You confirm the Seller Declaration presented at submission — including that you are the lawful owner or an authorised agent, that the watch is authentic and accurately described, and that it is not subject to any sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or ownership dispute.
• We review every submission and may accept and list it, request more information, or decline it at our sole discretion. We may also have a watch independently authenticated before listing.
• For a consigned watch we act as your selling agent. For a watch we purchase outright from you, ownership transfers to us and you are paid out separately.
• We may decline submissions, request documentation, or block an email address from making further submissions where submissions are inaccurate or abusive, or where we have reasonable concerns.
• All communication with sellers is conducted by email.

6. Authenticity and Verification

We take reasonable care to verify the authenticity and accurate description of the watches we present, and a watch shown as "Verified" has been through our authentication review. Buyers are nonetheless encouraged to satisfy themselves as to the condition, authenticity, and provenance of any watch — including independent inspection — before concluding a purchase. Watches are generally pre-owned and sold on an as-is basis unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing between the parties.

7. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise stated. Displayed prices are indicative and subject to change until terms are agreed directly between the parties. Any taxes, duties, shipping, or insurance costs are the responsibility of the parties to the transaction as they agree.

8. Payment and Delivery

Payment, delivery, inspection, and any return arrangements are concluded directly between the buyer and the seller — or between the buyer and us, where we own the piece. Luxury Time Namibia does not collect payment through the website. Buyers should not transfer funds without being satisfied as to whom they are dealing with and on what terms. 9. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, design, logos, photography, and software — is the property of Luxury Time Namibia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
• Watch brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their use on this site is descriptive only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information;
• abuse the enquiry or seller-submission forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
• interfere with or disrupt our services;
• use our services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or money laundering.

We may restrict or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Namibian law, Luxury Time Namibia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, from reliance on listing information, or from any transaction concluded off-platform between a buyer and a seller. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Time Namibia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and data-subject requests can be made through our Data Request page.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
• If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation.
• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and any formal proceedings are subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts in Windhoek.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
