  • Full Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for the purchase value
  • Discreet Shipping: No external markings indicate the valuable contents
  • Signature Required: All deliveries require adult signature
  • Real-Time Tracking: Track your delivery every step of the way

Delivery Instructions

For your security, watches can only be delivered to:

  • The billing address on file
  • A verified alternate address (requires additional verification)
  • LuxuryTime Windhoek showroom for pickup

Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your watch, you may return it within the specified timeframe.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition with all protective films intact
  • Include all original packaging, boxes, and documentation
  • Include the Certificate of Authenticity
  • Have no signs of wear, scratches, or damage
  • Have intact security tags and seals where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Watches that have been sized, adjusted, or serviced
  • Custom or special order pieces
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Watches purchased with a damaged/defective discount
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@luxurytime.na or call +264 81 123 4567 within 14 days of delivery
  2. Receive Authorization:We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Securely: Use the original packaging and include all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship Insured: Use the prepaid insured shipping label we provide
  5. Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the watch within 2 business days

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
  • You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your watch for a different model:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss options
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Exchanged items must meet the same return conditions

Warranty Information

LuxuryTime Warranty

All watches purchased from LuxuryTime include our comprehensive warranty:

  • New Watches: Full manufacturer warranty plus LuxuryTime 2-year extended coverage
  • Pre-Owned Watches: LuxuryTime 1-year warranty covering mechanical defects

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Movement malfunctions under normal use
  • Water resistance failure (where applicable)
  • Defects in the case, crown, or crystal

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Water damage on non-water-resistant watches
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Battery replacement (quartz watches)
  • Damage from magnetic fields or extreme conditions

Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact our service center with your order number and description of the issue. We'll arrange for inspection and, if covered, repair or replacement at no cost.
