You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition with all protective films intact
- Include all original packaging, boxes, and documentation
- Include the Certificate of Authenticity
- Have no signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- Have intact security tags and seals where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Watches that have been sized, adjusted, or serviced
- Custom or special order pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Watches purchased with a damaged/defective discount
- Items showing signs of wear or use
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Authorization:We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Package Securely: Use the original packaging and include all accessories and documentation

- Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the watch within 2 business days
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
- You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your watch for a different model:

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

- Water resistance failure (where applicable)

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

- Battery replacement (quartz watches)
- Damage from magnetic fields or extreme conditions
Warranty Service
